사내들 노래를 부른다
서로의 이름을 핥으며
서로의 손등을 마신다
넘쳐나는 것들에 비해
문은 턱없이 작지만
그게 무엇인지 알 수 있다
사내들은 취해간다
그들의 눈빛 아래로
화장한 여자가 지나간다
상냥한 것은 없다
잊힌 그 밤과 꼭 닮은 밤
집에는 그들의 아내가
잊어버린 것들과
잃어버린 것들로
퍼즐을 맞출 것이다 그러나
어쩔 수 없는 일이다
모두가 이제 잠들 사람들
노래는 끝나고 그들이 떠난 뒤
술집은 단단히 문을 잠글 테지만
끝은 끝내 알 수 없는 것
아직 아무도 떠나지 않았다
흐리다 그리고 어쩔 수 없이
절반의 밤, 흥건히 잠에 빠질 밤이다

for all the things brimming
the door is far too small but

the men grow tipsy
under their gaze
a woman wearing makeup walks by
nothing is agreeable
this night just like that forgotten night
at home their wives
with what was forgotten
and with what was lost
will put the puzzle together
but that’s how it goes
everyone is now a person who will fall asleep
the songs have ended and after they leave
the bar will lock its doors soundly
but in the end the end is unknowable
for now, no one has left
it’s cloudy, and that’s how it goes
